For me as a property negotiator, the location is just perfect, because I can travel from here to West (Nusajaya area, PTP etc), to North (Skudai, Senai etc), to East (Pasir Gudang, Permas Jaya etc), by using one or 2 major highway (EDL and SLE), it really save my time.

From Lifestyle point of view:
